Little moments, Big Memories

I am 90's born when in India where power outages were frequent and familiar. The lights would go off just as we were about to sit down for dinner, studying or going to sleep. There would be a mad scramble for candles and torches.
A sudden silence for sometime then all of us (brothers & sisters) call out each other and play games like hide n seek, antakshari and many more. It seems like this was the time we are waiting for.
Spicy gossips among the elders, some were singing to beat the darkness, playing tape recorder, pranks, jokes, gags and giggles so many laughs, cry if fall while playing... Oh my god! It's so pleasure to think.
All together enjoying the powercut and as always ends with ghost stories of course, and suddenly a loud noise will come out of joy that lights have come..
These are the little moments of togetherness which are spent creates a big memories for lifetime whereas now-a-days all is replaced with modern age inverters and mobile phones where all are engaged in there busy life and social media.
Days will not comeback but memories will always be cherished..
